About

A native of the Rio Grande Valley and Sharyland, Texas, Jason received his B.A. from the University of Texas Pan American, magna cum laude, where he was a member of Phi Kappa Phi honors fraternity, the Student Affairs Advisory Committee, and a twice elected Senator in the Student Government Association.

Upon graduation, Jason headed west to the San Francisco Bay Area and worked for a start-up company in Silicon Valley as a Senior Sales and Marketing Director, with a primarily focus on Fortune 500 corporations. He later returned to Texas to attend the University of Texas Law School in Austin. While there, Jason received the Judge Robert M. Parker Endowed Presidential Scholarship, and he has solely practiced defense litigation in the Rio Grande Valley since graduating.
